AVAILABILITY + ORDERING POLICY

All Skaska jewelry items are made to order and may take up to 2-3 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. If there is an order that you need rushed, please contact us at shop@skaskajewelry.com. We will try our best to make that happen!

REFUNDS, RETURNS + EXCHANGES 

We want you to be happy with your Skaska purchase. Our return period is 14 days from the delivery date of the package to receive a full refund. To request a return, please email us at shop@skaskajewelry.com with your order number, items you would like to return/exchange, and your contact information. Items and packaging must be returned in new, unworn condition to ensure a full refund. Restrictions may apply to promotional offers, giveaways, and discounts. 


SHIPPING, TAXES + DUTIES

All shipping rates are calculated through UPS and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise. We are not responsible for international taxes & duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange taxes, duties and shipping will not be refunded.
